HyperDek Marine Decking is a high density closed cell foam with a PSA adhesive that can directly attach to the boats surface. This makes it the ideal decking material for all boats and personal watercraft. Our in house manufacturing capabilities utilize CNC routing and laser patterning to create unique designs with endless possibilites. Our network of certified templating and installation techs allow us to manage the process from start to finish while giving you the peace of mind, you are in good hands.

HYPERDEK has four texture options. The primary texture is brushed. This is used in most applications and provides a great look and an excellent anti-slip surface.
The remaining three are usually selected based on a specific application need. Feel free to mix and match!!

One of the most popular ways to customize your boat is with static laser logo. Clean cut and full of detail. Logos can be cut as stand alone decoration or integrated into a full deck kit.

HYPERDEK is a great looking and high performing option for all types of marine craft, from sailing yachts, motor yachts, trailer boats, to RIBS and personal watercraft. It is made from lightweight closed cell foam, offering a high level of comfort underfoot and excellent traction in all conditions. Durable, low maintenance, Shark Fin Marine Decking has been designed specifically for deck kits and is supplied in various colors and tread options to suit individual styles.
Our closed-cell chemically cross-linked foams are manufactured from polyethylene (PE), ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymers (EVA) or a high-tech blended copolymer. The fine cell structure gives minimal water absorption, a high buoyancy rating and excellent chemical resistance. In addition, our foams are produced in moulded block form and can be trimmed to size and thickness. They are easily processed, using standard foam-processing machinery. No chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) product or derivatives are used, and no organic fillers are added to foams.

2. We discuss how much of the vessel you wish to cover and provide a rough estimate of cost based on square footage and options.
3. If you wish to move forward we collect a deposit,
4. We schedule one of our Accufit technicians to come out and perform the digital templating or we can send you a template kit.
5. Once we have the template, we can digitize, complete the design, and submit final pricing for your approval.
6. Once approved, We fabricate the job.
7. We schedule the installation.
8. We collect final payment.
